Here are the steps of the OSL Hiring process:

    1. Application
    2. Screen resume for qualifications
    3. Phone interview or video interview
    4. In-person interview with Hiring Manager

When Selected:

    1. Background check
    2. Once the background check is cleared, you’ll receive the offer letter
    3. Once signed, you will receive your onboarding documents to complete (Tax form, SIN or SSN, Banking info…)
    4. When all is completed, you are ready to start working!

Yes, OSL offers training! When starting your job, you’ll be trained in-person or through virtual sessions where you’ll learn about OSL, policies, procedures, sales training and more!

OSL has an online learning platform where we host training courses and other training content you can access.

For any sales position, you have to be 18 years or older.

For an Electronics/Photo/Seasonal positions, you have to be 16 years or older.

As a part-time employee, you can work between 10-25 hours a week. As a full-time employee you could work between 25-40 hours a week.

DailyPay is currently available to all USA employees only. DailyPay allows you to access your earnings prior to payday. As you work your shifts, your Daily Pay account grows.

Your available balance is an estimation of your earnings based on hours recorded in DailyPay by OSL. You can transfer any amount of money up to your available balance before your normal payday. On payday, you will receive your full paycheck minus the transferred money you made with DailyPay.

Wisely® Pay is currently available to US employees only, distributed by District Managers. Wisely® Pay is a free banking solution from ADP with no monthly or overdraft fees, no minimum balances, or direct deposit charges. It’s a reloadable account that comes with a card and mobile app.
