OSL is seeking a passionate, sales-driven, Vice President, to maximize growth and profitability for our continued expansion across the USA.  As the Vice President, you will be responsible for driving success and executing almost every aspect of our business within Walmart stores. This includes our core cellular business.  Responsible for providing leadership, direction, and guidance to the Regional Sales Directors, District Sales Managers for their assigned territories.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and motivate your leadership team to define and execute objectives through effective coaching and mentoring, identifying and developing leadership talent, and fostering an innovative, collaborative, diverse, and agile culture
  • Develop and manage a sales strategy for the region that ensures attainment of all KPI’s and metrics that affect profitability; i.e. Sales, Payroll, Shrink, Turnover, etc.
  • Cultivate a senior leadership team who understands and thrives in a direct-to-consumer sales model.   • Experience and ability in turning analysis into action and knowing how to take learnings and opportunities and scale them for maximum impact
  • Partner with training and operations teams to support your team’s growth and development while increasing execution effectiveness.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Director of Operations to ensure sales, service, and operational processes are followed as outlined
  • Complete and participate in all operational activities such as; field visit reports, operational audits, and store visits
  • Liaises with Operations and Managing Partner to identify issues around merchandising, inventory, assortment and mix
  • Partners with Vice President and Director of Recruitment to ensure alignment with the organizational objectives, talent acquisition, and brand strategy


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience managing multiple store or regional store management
  • Strong relationship building as you’ll also be forging strong relationships with our client partner, vendors and other external partners
  • 8+ years of experience in leading large-scale sales teams or organizations
